Yes, we have a minimum rental amount of €150 per invoice (excluding transport costs).
Delivery for orders below €500 might not be available but your welcome to pick up the items at our warehouse.

We offer standard delivery service to your venue (curbside).
We also offer white-glove service to the venue.
Last but not least, you can also pick up items from our warehouse in Milano if preferred. (With the proper transportation)

Yes, someone must be on-site to receive and sign for the rental items.

SEtup & Teardown
Yes, we provide white-glove setup and teardown services for an additional fee.

You’re responsible for setting up and returning items in the same condition they were delivered, to the same point they were delivered, unless agreed otherwise.
Certain items may require professional assembly.
Yes! We’ll style it like a Vogue spread—just share your floor plan! Additional charges may apply.
Product Condition & Maintenance
Yes! All items are professionally cleaned and sanitized—almost too pretty to use. (But please do!)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues, contact us immediately so we can resolve them.
You don’t need to wash linens, but please remove food debris and place them in the provided containers.
No deep cleaning is required, but items should be returned free of excessive dirt or debris.
Did your dog eat your homework, and also our chair? Accidents happen!
